A. Once payment is confirmed items are shipped within 48 hours of purchase via UPS at rate of your choice. Rush orders are available for a additional handling fee.

Q. What is the warrantee of my item?

A. All items are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1 year after purchase.

Q. As a contractor, can I purchase items in bulk for a discounted price?

A. Yes. All items are priced at our wholesale price for both residential and commercial, but you may apply for bulk ordering. For more details on bulk ordering please contact our sales department.

Q. How do I care for my products?

A. Soho Corp recommends you keep your products clean. Wipe product with a clean damp cloth, followed by a clean dry cloth. Abrasive or cream cleaners should not be used on items with finishes.
